SPOILER: TUF 7 Ep. 10 Recap PDF Print
Posted by Caroline Burke
TUF 7 LogoThis episode of The Ultimate Fighter7 may not have aired where you are in the world, the following article may contain information that you do not wish to know until you have the chance to watch the episode, be warned!!! The Ultimate Fighter 7: Episode 10

Last week saw Matt Brown defeated by his friend Amir Sadollah and saw Jesse Taylor victorious over Dante Rivera.

This week starts off with May saying that he wanted Brown to win as then his loss wouldn't seem so bad and that he wants a rematch with him, so of course Matt tells the guys in the house about May wanting a rematch and they all laugh! Taylor says that May shouldn't be in the UFC and calls him rotten until May actually walks into the room. May being his usual charming self tells Harris that he is going to continue being his usual charming self and piss Taylor off until he gets him to hit him and then get sent home. Nice chappy.

May then starts drinking and starts his master plan to annoy Taylor, pretty much everything gets bleeped out except the word "bitch". May in his infinate wisdom brings up something about Jews which offends Taylor as he is part Jewish. Taylor is close to lamping May (I wish he had of) and people have to hold him back from doing so. Brown tries to tell May to go away and Harris tells May that he is being a prick (and he agrees!).

So after the dwama it's time for the weigh ins and both Credeur and Cramer make weight. Forrest says that Credeur wants to take the fight to the ground and Rampage says that Cramer wants to stand and slug it out.

Fight 1: Tim Credeur Vs. Dan Cramer

Round 1 - Both guys come out throwing punches and Cramer throws a body Kick which Credeur catches. Credeur tries for a takedown but Cramer blocks it and clinches with him against the fence. Credeur tries for another takedown but Cramer sweeps and ends up on top. Cramer lets Credeur up but punishes him with punches on the way up. Credeur gets to his feet but takes more punches. Cramer gets a takedown and ends up in Mount. Credeur rolls him over to Guard and they get up and Cramer gets another takedown. Cramer tries to get up to his feet but Credeur catches him in a heel hook.

Winner – Tim Credeur by Submission

Rampage says that Dan was doing well so he let him do his thing. Credeur wasn't impressed with his performance because he got beat up the whole fight and just caught a heel hook.

Back at the house again and this time there is more animosity this time between Dalloway and Yarbrough as Dolloway hates Yarbrough anyway but Yarbrough keeps looking at him (which he doesn't like).

During training Dolloway works on his stand up and wrestling. Dolloway thinks that Yarbrough's only strength is his standup and he isn't wholly impressed with that. Dalloway then says that he is going to take it to the floor and whoop Yarbrough's ass.

Creduer sings "The Cale Yarbrough" song while running on the treadmill with Yarbrough. Yarbrough says that Dalloway is overhyped and not that good and Forrest chips in saying he thinks that CB is a prick and that Yarbrough shouldn't be overlooked.

Next up Rampage and Forrest take the fighters to Race Go Karts and Rampage gives a play by play of his race with Forrest!

Back at the house, it's drunk time! Harris dumps the arcade basketball goal off the balcony and then that leads to the ritual which is the destruction of the house. Everyone feels better after breaking some windows and punching the walls and throwing the furniture about!

Fight 2: Cale Yarbrough Vs. CB Dollaway

Round 1 - Dalloway  takes Yarbrough down and gets mount and brings down some elbows. Dalloway continues with his reighn of elbows and Yarbrough gives up his back. Dalloway gets to Yarbrough's side and starts punching him brings bringing down elbows before Cale gives up his back. CB gets to the side of Cale with his back and starts punching away, the ref stops the fight as Yarbrough doesn't give the thumbs up after a load of unanswered blows.

Winner – CB Dollaway by TKO

Dollaway with his typical shyness says that he doesn't care who he fights in the semi - finals as he thinks that he can beat any of them. Forrest says that he thinks Dollaway is good but doesn't like his cockiness. Taylor tells Forrest that he doesn't mind fighting Dollaway. Forrest says "I don't give a fuck if you lay on him for 10 minues, just do what you got to do". Although that would be amusing, I really hope that if that is the final fight, that's the technique he uses. Borrrrring!

All the fighters get to the gym for the semi final and wait as Rampage is missing. They wait long enough and then decide to start without him. Forrest says that he wants Dollaway vs. Taylor and Credeur vs. Sadollah. They call in Dollaway and he says that he wants to fight Credeur. Creduer says he wants to fight Sadollah and Sadollah says that everyone is tough! Taylor says the plan is to fight Dollaway but Dana asks him who he thinks the easiest way to the finals is and Taylor says it's Sadollah. Dana asks Forrest who the two best are and he says Dollaway is the best and everyone else is equal. Rampage arrives ... finally with a class excuse ... he overslept because he stayed up late the night before watching tv as he couldn't sleep! ha ha!

Dana announces the Semi-Final Fights as follows:

Taylor vs. Credeur
