"Cro Cop" Vs. LeBanner Set For DREAM 4 PDF  | Print |

Former UFC and PRIDE start Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic will be likely to face Jerome LeBanner at DREAM 4 in Japan, a post on his personal PR blog site said:

"Earlier this week we were able to visit Cro Cop at his gym and witness his training. The rumors of Cro Cop's next opponent being a K-1 star have been strong and Cro Cop was definitely preparing for a southpaw! Unfortunately we couldn't get Mirko to talk too much about his upcoming opponent; when we asked specifically about LeBanner our answer was a mystic grin and "Oh, that one would be good, right?". All other questions about potential opponents were met with a "no comment". But that's all it took to get the gears turning and after some phone calls, we can now confirm that Cro Cop/LeBanner is scheduled for DREAMS 4 in what is sure to be full of explosive action!"

"Cro Cop" comes into the fight following a TKO victory in his DREAM debut against Tatsuya Mizuno, LeBanner has not fought for over two years his last fight being a round 1 KO win over Jimmy Ambriz at K-1 HERO'S in March 2006.

"Cro Cop" To Make Dreams Come True PDF  | Print |

Pride legend and Former UFC fighter Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic has announced on his personal blog that he is to face Tatsuya Mizuno on March 15th at Saitama Super Arena in Japan for Fight Entertainment Group's first DREAM event.

"Cro Cop" recently left the UFC, having not competed since his decision loss to Chiek Congo at UFC 75: Champion Vs. Champion back in September 2007.

Pancrase fighter Mizuno comes into the matchup following a TKO victory over Masayuki Kono in November last year at Pancrase: Rising 9.
