According to internet sources, BodogFIGHT is close to collapse, having made a alleged loss of $38 Million last year the organisation has apparently let most of it employees go and has no planned events scheduled for the future, there was also a downscaling proposal made in a bid to keep the organisation running on a smaller scale, and build from that. No official announcement has been made by BodogFIGHT or founder Calvin Ayre as yet but only time will on the future of the organisation, but it is not uncommon to see smaller organisations fall into financial problems, and despite the wealth of Calvin Ayre a business that can lose $38 million an a year may not be worth saving at all, which is a shame as I have always found Bodog to be great value for money from a fans point of view, where organisations such as UFC squeeze every penny they can out of fans, Bodog often offer up whole shows for download free of charge and from a fans point of view this is a great thing and in an expanding market where it will be harder and harder to find free MMA an the internet, this organisation will be sadly missed if it does indeed go. So the best advice to the humble MMA fan is to get on over to http://fight.bodoglife.net and download the lot while you still can. Add as favourites (1) | Quote this article on your site
